Together in LGBTQ+ communities

One of the biggest gatherings of the week was on Friday afternoon, for the event: How we can work together to tackle poverty in LGBTQ+ Communities

There’s a risk that the experience of people from LGBTQ+ communities is lost when we have discussions about poverty. This panel discussion and conversation, hosted by Ellis Howard, explored how people from the LGBTQ+ community can become part of the movement to tackle poverty in the UK.

We were overwhelmed by the number of people who joined, and the passion, enthusiasm & creativity of the session.
